We put down the electronics and walked to reconnect with a meaningful life, a sense of community, and a balanced existence. It was an opportunity to make silence, hear our best thoughts, and interact with them. We walked on our own, with the mentor João, and in pairs, reflecting on our current situation. In the end of the day we gather different views and perspectives from the other participants, making it a truly human experience.
