Bear with me, and let’s take a little walk together.
The first half of September marks the return to our routines at Walking Mentorship, but with a beautiful twist. One that, thankfully, is happening more and more often. Something that fills us with pride and hope about the path we chose years ago. This month, we delivered two programs in different countries at the same time.
While our partner Nuno Santos Fernandes was guiding an immersive program along the Atlantic coast of Spain,
I was with another group in Switzerland on a corporate journey.
Realizing that Walking Mentorship is alive in different places simultaneously is wonderful. Step by step, we keep growing, evolving, and opening new paths.
Looking Back, Walking Forward
We look back and honor the road that brought us here. We look at the present and see the strength of what we are building. We look forward to the future and the dreams that are still waiting for us.
One of those dreams is simple, yet powerful: to bridge relationships between people. We have developed our service in different locations, listening to people with different stories and opinions. At the end of the day, there are as many journeys as people, but the purpose at the bottom of our hearts is more or less the same: to live a good life, one where you flourish as yourself, contribute to others, and experience harmony between what you value and how you live.
If we could walk more together, side by side, we would avoid many of the problems and darkness we see around us. Change must start from the bottom up, with real people, real steps, and real conversations.
A Decade of Walking Together
In December 2025, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Walking Mentorship. It is a milestone. A mountain pass. A stop by the river to refresh our minds and feet. And perhaps this is the best reminder of all:
A smile from the heart and someone truly willing to listen to your story can become the highlight of the day, the week, or even the year.
These are the moments that remind us to stay attentive. We need to notice the opportunities life gives us every single day. To walk, listen, and celebrate the steps we’ve already taken, and those still ahead.
Until our next newsletter,
Keep walking with us!

What have we been doing?
Goodbye Summer! Hello Fall :)
The end of July marked one of our favorite moments of the year: the Parents & Kids program. This edition was especially meaningful, as both Nuno and I thought it might be the last one—after all, we’ve already walked this path with our kids many times. But the truth is, the requests keep coming, and who knows… maybe 2026 will surprise us with one more edition. If you’ve been thinking about joining, don’t wait too long—this is truly an experience of a lifetime.
Right after, we set off to Greece, scouting routes for future Corporate and Signature programs. From the ancient wisdom of Delphi to the breathtaking monasteries of Meteora and the serene coastline of Cassandra, the journey left us deeply inspired. We can’t wait to return soon with our first groups.
August brought us back to the Alps, walking across Switzerland and Italy along the Via Francigena with another group of extraordinary people. And by early September, our steps had already split into two directions: one group immersed in the Camino de Berobreo, along the wild Atlantic coast of Galicia, and another joining a corporate program in St. Gallen, Switzerland, with our long-time partner IE Business School (Madrid).
And there’s more—you don’t want to miss the podcast we recorded with Jonathan Passmore. It’s a conversation full of insights on leadership, coaching, and the future, and we highly recommend you listen to it here.
The last stretch of the year is just around the corner—and we’re ready to walk into it with open hearts and curious minds. Always walking and always in nature. You can watch the videos of our previous programs on the YouTube channel here.
