Ana Paula has extensive experience as director, advisor, and consultant in people development, change management and business transformation. Since 2006 she is also an executive coach, certified by the ICF (International Coach Federation) with a PCC – Professional Certified Coach level.
As an Executive Coach, she works with clients to promote their development and transformation — whether an individual, a team, or an organization— by establishing a relationship of trust and combining the knowledge on systemic individual and team approaches with assessment tools, to unlock leadership potential and sustain change that enables the achievement of the intended goals.
