A client once arrived at the start of a walk deep in deliverables — deadlines, decisions, who owns what. By kilometre three, the talking had shifted. By the end, the conversation wasn’t about tasks anymore. It was about alignment: between what they wanted for themselves and what the team needed to move forward together. This is what Natalia builds, walk after walk: not advice, but the conditions for those who walk to hear their own next move — and find that sync with the people around them.
Natalia knows the terrain of organisational change firsthand — an MBA (ESSEC/IZMA), a role as Managing Director of a Danish engineering company in Ukraine, and twenty-five years leading large multinational, multicultural teams in IT and donor-funded development projects (EU, USAID, SIDA, and others). It taught her how companies actually move, and how rarely the people inside them get to move with intention — a gap she now helps executive teams close.
For Natalia, culture isn’t theory. As a Ukrainian, she spent years working with US, Japan and European markets, lived in Egypt, and travelled through Qatar and Saudi Arabia — an ear tuned to how people and teams differ across borders. She freedives to sharpen her mind, and travels for art — from the Venice Biennale to galleries and museums worldwide — to nurture her soul, which asks for the same stillness she brings to a walk in nature.
Her corporate work spans the full arc of a team’s needs: a half-day Half-Time retreat when a group needs to reset fast; a full One Day With Your Team experience when trust and communication need deeper rebuilding; the Burnout/Stress Program for leaders and teams navigating sustained pressure; and 3/Treat, a 2–3 day nature-based retreat for individuals or teams looking to clarify goals, unlock creativity, and leave with an action plan.
Alignment isn’t a meeting. It’s a walk.
