From the very beginning of my marketing career, my professional purpose has been rooted in helping others grow, unlock their potential, and succeed. Over the years, I have had the privilege of leading diverse, cross-functional teams spanning multiple time zones and cultures. Navigating these global dynamics taught me that true leadership isn’t about giving directions from afar; it’s about listening deeply, fostering meaningful connections, and creating an inclusive space where every individual feels supported to flourish on their own unique journey.
Parallel to my professional path, my love for nature has been a constant companion since childhood. I have always found solace, clarity, and inspiration in the beauty of flora and fauna, spending many hours walking through forests, fields, and trails, especially in my chosen home in the north of Brandenburg. For me, nature is not just a backdrop for exercise, but a teacher of patience, resilience, and growth. It is a space where the noise of our busy lives quietens, allowing fresh perspectives and authentic conversations to naturally take root.
Combining these two lifelong passions with Walking Mentorship, where walking&mentoring in nature encourages slowing down, reconnecting, gaining perspective, and taking action, makes the next step and the path ahead an experience to look forward to.
