Program overview

Everyone has to deal with stress. It is part of our tool set to overcome challenges, and it is even necessary to keep us growing, evolving and happy. However it must be kept within healthy limits, and this vary from person to person and within different moments of our lives.

Recent years have been particularly challenging both at the individual and at the organisation levels.

The Burn (Out) Stress program promotes a deep awareness and supplies immediate tools to deal with stress and its excesses, elevated* by a light and pleasant walk in nature.

  • Generate awareness of individual levels of stress and how it is affecting the psychologic balance of each participant.
  • Provide tools to deal with excessive levels of stress and clarify when and how to ask for help.
  • Co-create an action plan for a healthier work environment.

Dynamics

Together with Encontrar+se - association for the promotion of mental health, we developed a series of exercises using self reflection, sharing dynamics in pairs, inspiring group talks and a set of videos and audios, all facilitated by our Mentors while walking in nature. By the end of the program each participant gives the mentors his suggestions of how to improve the work environment, that originates a blind global report that is delivered to the Sponsor
