The Burn(Out) Stress Program is designed to answer this challenge. Combining Mentoring, Walking, and Nature, we create a safe and open environment to slow down, reconnect, gain perspective, and take action.
By involving the whole team and through the process of individual walking and reflection, peer to peer talks and group dynamics, all supported by our Mentors, this program acts as a high-resolution picture of the current status of your company.
The final step of the program is the formulation of the action plan, both at the individual and team level. We will ensure that the reality that was made clear is addressed and that the path to a happier and healthier team is set.
