A) You should be prepared to walk an average of 15-20 Km per day. Our accommodations have been selected among local partners that provide an experience reinforcing the mentoring and exercises we do every day.
Sometimes you will have marvellously simple meals and others simply marvellous gastronomic experiences. We offer moments that range from sleeping in small private houses located in unique places to experience the opportunity to go deep into your thoughts inside century-old monasteries.
The route chosen for the program will be agreed upon with the mentee considering the time of the year and current physical condition.
Day 2 - Exercise Connecting the Dots
The second exercise is an invitation to disconnect totally and use the opportunity to dig deeper into yourself and look back in your life. What you learn from your history will help you craft your future.
Day 3 - Exercise Time Lab
Today's exercise will make you see how you use your time and your activities align with your inner self. This is a process where you have to work from the inside out.
Day 4 - Exercise Personal Inventory
The Personal Inventory exercise will help you through your own personal SWOT analysis.
Day 5 - Exercise My Ideal Future
Today you will experience a visioning exercise. You will identify and describe how you idealise your life at a specific point in the future.
Day 6 - Exercise Purpose and Outcomes
Now that you have imagined your future, you will build a bridge from your vision back to the present. This will provide you with the momentum for the decisions you must make and also the opportunity to align it with your purpose.
Day 7 - Exercise Take Responsibility
After selecting the outcomes, you commit to in the previous exercise, you are ready to detail your Action Plan. This is the final kilometre of the program and the beginning of a new stage in your life.
Day 8 - Exercise 1,00KM
The final exercise takes place with your Action Plan already in motion. Fine-tuning and feedback loops become your new norm.
