Our first day will combine a welcome dinner with a small surprise designed to immerse us in Moroccan and North African culture. It will be a moment to reconnect, meet new friends, and ease into the rhythm of the days ahead. Together we begin to slow down, taking time to reflect on the year that is coming to an end.
Our clients’ experience
Walking Mentorship's programs remind us of our forgotten wisdom.
Walking Mentorship's programs remind us of our forgotten wisdom, the deep insight we all keep inside, which is just waiting to be felt. Through his life experience and humanity, João knows how to touch a soul spot to heal and remember what is needed.
In a few words, the real challenge consists of letting us flow. And a good mentor is the float to rely on as we learn to trust ourselves enough. You can trust João in your journey. We all need to remember ourselves even a little bit. Keep walking, keep flowing!

“Joao’s energy and love for walking in Nature are contagious.”
His way of taking each of us in the path, especially our inner path, is inspirational. He has this magic skill of being able to challenge you but in a very warm and kind way. It’s a beautiful experience that takes us with ease to “disconnect to connect”.

The best way to slow down, not to burn out.
Great paradigm shift experience! For me Joao's program was the best way to slow down, not to burn out, recognize and accept my nature, experience digital detox, synchronize my mind and my heart. It was a perfect approach to look at my life and myself from another perspective! I wish you all dare to show up and join Walking Mentorship!

Silence is more than the absence of noise. Silence is a state of mind in which time and discernment are on our side. In this space of balance, we can break the silence to listen. Listen to ourselves and to those that are most important to us. And so begin anew, aspiring to new possibilities, since listening is also understanding.
At the Year-end, we do not make strict vows of silence but of serenity. Welcome to the land of silence. Find what you need to switch off from the world. And connect to yourself.
Itinerary
Day 1 - Day 1 - Exercise My year was... Exercise - Look back to year coming to an end
On your first day, we will depart from Marrakech after breakfast in the direction of Imlil in the Atlas, where we will stay during the program. You will take the time to settle and reflect on the year that is about to end. After lunch, we will take a walk to reflect on the year's objectives, achievements, failures, and highlights. What are the learnings? We will finalize by asking what we should be grateful for and if anything/anyone is waiting for an apology. After dinner, we usually go out for a nice night walk.
Day 2 - Day 2 - Exercise Myself Today Exercise - Myself today
The second exercise is an invitation to pay attention to yourself and the ones around you. Today we will revise or update our purpose in life and reflect on the learnings from such a process. Images, sounds, words, and colors will lead the way on our walk.
Day 3 - Day 3 - Exercise The year of... Exercise - Visualize the new year
Today's exercise will help us create a clear image of the year about to start. We will think about the contributions we want to deliver, the environment where we work and live, relationships, work, joys, accomplishments, and experiences we would like to fulfill. You will create a vision board on your survival kit that will be worth it to place it visible close to you.
Day 4 - Day 4 - Exercise Ready, set, go Exercise - Take action
Our last day on the program is fully dedicated to crystallizing your goals for the coming year. Being a cumulative process, you will use all the information and insights collected in the previous days and will design an action plan with details about what? When? and How? After lunch, we will depart for home.
