The team gathers in the agreed location and through the dynamics begins to gain awareness about the nature and subtleness of mental well being. By acquiring knowledge, self reflection and dialogue each participant becomes better aware of his/her's own status and of those around.
With the knowledge and awareness acquired so far it is time to go deeper and choose specific actions to improve each participant's mental wellbeing, the work environment and seek help when relevant. By gaining clarity on the nature of mental health and it's importance for global health, it is time to put away stigma and strive for a healthier and more fulfilling life!

Throughout this day, there were several "reminders" to wake up. To be in a conscious spot, the signals that my body gives me, and for that to have to listen to something that is something that I know, but that many times, with the day-to-day rush, I tend to go around the hamster wheel and forget about it.
