    Dear Pilgrims*,

Time flies! I often warn each group of Walking Mentorship.
The days passing between our fingers are probably one of the most important and dramatic events of self-awareness. Being conscious of that holds the key to taste life differently.

Sometimes it moves so fast that we don’t have the chance to see it passing by. But there are moments, time stretches, and stretches until the point we have doubts about the clocks around us. Why is that?

I often think about the amount of ourselves we can genuinely put inside each minute: our attention, the capacity to listen, and above all the energy to be fully present. It is hard work.

Many of our activities are repetitive. The people we work with are not always pleasant or inspiring, and plenty of messages around us, invite us to switch off our brains. It is indeed hard work to stay grounded and connected.

    What can we do?

Well, the more I walk, the closer I am getting to understand such an incredible mystery.

Despite the fact we all have routines, plans, and objectives to achieve, every morning presents us with a white canvas. Ideas and actions are the color pencils we use to bring to life our dreams.

One week ago, we finished our program WM in Via Francigena (see video below), across the Alps, between Switzerland and Italy. Seven days later, I look back into what seems to me to have happened more than a month ago, lasting for God knows how many weeks. Why is that?

We managed to balance perfectly the imperfections of life, and at the same time, inject the very best of ourselves in every step of our journey. The result was brilliant; we end up living a beautiful dream, that will never end.

    Be aware. Time flies!

In the last five months of 2019, there are still few opportunities to Stop, Reconnect, and Take action with the Walking Mentorship! If you think you need this time for yourself, apply, and I will find a way to bring you on board. In the meantime,

    Keep walking with me
